I'm Rebecca Sewell, founder of META-U.

Throughout my career, I've worked with leaders and organisations navigating growth, transformation and uncertainty. I've also experienced plenty of it myself.

I've been made redundant five times. I've built a career across three countries. I've worked in global organisations, partnered with senior leaders, and started a business by the sea whilst figuring out what the next chapter of my own career would look like.

Those experiences taught me something important: leadership isn't about having all the answers. Instead, it's about having the courage to ask the difficult questions, make decisions when there is no perfect option, and keep moving forward even when the path ahead isn't entirely clear.

Today, I work with leaders, managers and teams who want to create meaningful change in their organisations and in themselves. Sometimes that means navigating a complex transformation. Sometimes it's building leadership capability, strengthening team performance, or tackling conversations that have been avoided for too long.

With over 20 years of experience in senior HR and People leadership roles across technology, telecommunications and pharmaceutical organisations, I bring both strategic thinking and practical experience. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Hogan-certified practitioner, I combine evidence-based insight with real-world leadership experience.

I'm known for creating a space where people can think, challenge assumptions and have honest conversations. I'm supportive when needed, but I'm also not afraid to challenge thinking or ask the questions that others might avoid.

Because real progress rarely comes from staying comfortable.

I believe people are capable of more than they often give themselves credit for. Sometimes they just need the space, support and challenge to see it for themselves.

Whether I'm working as a strategic advisor, leadership facilitator, fractional People & Culture partner or coach, my goal is always the same: to help people move forward with greater confidence, clarity and impact.
