I’m Rebecca Sewell, founder of META-U and I help leaders, managers, and teams create workplaces where people can truly thrive, even in the face of change and uncertainty.
With extensive experience in senior HR and people leadership roles across tech, telecommunications, pharma and other industries, I know what it means to support people through complexity and transformation.
My own career has taken me through five redundancies, across three countries, and led me to build a business by the sea. Being bilingual in English and German, and choosing to work and live across several countries, I understand both the opportunities and challenges of driving results in diverse, international environments.
I’m a certified coach (ICF-accredited), with further qualifications in Hogan Assessment. This means you get not just lived experience, but a professional standard of support you can trust.
My approach is simple: Navigate with clarity. Lead with courage. Transform through action.
I don’t do fluffy. I believe in honest conversations, practical frameworks, and building habits that last. Whether I’m supporting you as a fractional people & culture partner, designing and facilitating development programmes, or coaching you one-to-one, my focus is always on helping you make real progress no matter how complex the challenge.
